To make the Hocus Pocus Hot Chocolate on a stovetop, you’ll first combine the milk and sugar in a large pot. Bring the temperature up over medium heat and then simmer for 4 minutes.

Begin by pouring the milk and sugar into the bowl of the slow cooker and set it on low. As it warms, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Once combined, add the chocolate and mint chips. Use a whisk to mix until the chocolate is melted.
Add the vanilla and mint syrup and place the lid on the slow cooker. Set to cook on low for four hours or high for three hours.
When you’re ready to serve, add in the green food coloring and stir the hot chocolate with a whisk until it is evenly mixed into the drink.

- Combine milk and sugar in a large pot.
