As someone who has food allergies, I often get asked, “Can I bring food into Disney World?”… Let’s find out!
The quick answer is yes, you can bring food into Disney World! However, there are a few things to keep in mind.
What can I bring for food to Disney World?
You can bring snacks, sandwiches, fruit, and pretty much anything else you would normally eat at home or on vacation. I always like to bring extra snacks with me, just in case I get hungry between meals.
My go-to’s are:
- Chomps Mini Jerky Meat Sticks
- Wonderful Pistachios Variety Pack
- Skinny Pop Popcorn (Snack Size Bags)
- Gluten-Free Pretzel Stick Packs
To stay hydrated, make sure to throw in a few packets of Liquid I.V. Hydration!
What can I NOT bring to Disney World to eat or drink?
Now that you have the answer to, “Can I bring food into Disney World?”, let’s take a closer look at what you cannot bring in.
You are not allowed to bring any outside alcohol into Disney World. This includes beer, wine, and liquor.
You also can’t bring in any food that is considered “loose meat.” This means no loose hamburger patties or unpackaged hot dogs.
If you want to bring these items into the park, you’ll have to purchase them from a Disney World restaurant.
If you are worried that you won’t be able to find anything to eat because you have food allergies, I have great news for you!
Disney World is super accommodating when it comes to food allergies.
If you have any special dietary needs or allergies, you should make sure to stop by Guest Relations before entering the park. They will be able to help you out and make sure you have a magical visit!
