Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple cubed, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut cream
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the pineapple, coconut cream, pineapple juice, maple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
  • When ready, process in the Ninja Creami using the "Sorbet" setting. Re-spin 1-2 times as needed for a smoother texture.
  • Scoop the Dole Whip into bowls or piping bags for a soft-serve swirl effect. Garnish with fresh pineapple chunks and serve immediately!

Notes
