Epcot Avocado Margarita (La Cava De Tequila)
If you've never had the chance to visit the Mexican Pavillion at Epcot, you're missing out on one of the best margaritas you'll ever have. The La Cava Del Tequila is a hidden gem inside the pavilion and, their avocado margarita is to die for!

Ingredients
- 2 oz. tequila blanco
- 1 oz. melon liqueur
- 1 oz. orange liqueur
- 1/2 avocado skin removed, pitted, and diced
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice extra for glass rim
- sea salt or Tajin seasoning optional
Instructions
- Blend all of the margarita ingredients together in a blender until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Use the lime juice to wet the glass rim.
- Roll the glass rim in sea salt or Tajin seasoning.
- Pour the margarita in the glass and enjoy!
