Notes
- This sandwich is inspired by the one at Blue Bayou and Cafe Orleans, both located at New Orleans Square in Disneyland.
- Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. They can be enjoyed warm or cold.
- Making these sandwiches for a crowd? Place them on a paper towel-lined sheet pan and pop them in the oven in a warm setting. This will keep them warm until you’re ready to serve them.
- A hack to keep the sandwiches together while you fry them is to place toothpicks on all 4 corners of the sandwich to hold it together.
